1. Agreement
By installing, accessing, or using the HalaMe Drama app or website (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Contact: [email protected].
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and legally able to accept these terms.
3. The experience
HalaMe Drama provides fictional interactive drama and romance stories. You read preset scenes, choose story directions, receive a fictional result, and may expand it with text or voice. An optional Visual Ending may generate an image based on the preset story and selected path.
4. Fictional content
Stories, characters, dialogue, businesses, events, and outcomes are fictional or dramatized. Similarity to real persons or events is coincidental unless stated otherwise. Content is entertainment—not professional, medical, legal, financial, relationship, safety, or emergency advice. Some stories contain mature relationships, conflict, disaster, loss, suspense, or intense themes.
5. Limited license
Subject to these terms, HalaMe Drama gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. No ownership rights are transferred.
6. Your input
You may type or dictate text, choose a local profile photo, or save a generated image. You retain rights you have in your content and grant HalaMe Drama limited permission to process it only to provide the requested feature, maintain security, and comply with law. You are responsible for having the right to use it and should avoid confidential or sensitive information.
7. Visual Ending
Automated image generation may produce inaccurate, unexpected, similar, or imperfect output. Images are not representations of real events. Subject to law and third-party rights, you may save generated images for personal, non-commercial use. We do not guarantee exclusivity, originality, availability, or suitability.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or to harm, threaten, harass, exploit, or impersonate another person.
- Do not submit content that infringes privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights, or contains malware or unlawful material.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe security, disrupt operation, scrape at scale, reverse engineer where prohibited, or extract assets for a competing service.
- Do not use generated content to deceive others about real people or events or for unlawful high-impact decisions.
9. Intellectual property
The HalaMe Drama name, artwork, icon, interface, story structure, original stories, text, graphics, code, and other materials are owned by or licensed to HalaMe Drama and protected by law. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create commercial derivative services without written permission.
10. Third-party services
Features may depend on app stores, operating-system speech recognition, device photo and notification services, hosting, and an image provider such as APIMART. Their terms and privacy policies may apply. HalaMe Drama is not responsible for services outside its reasonable control.
11. Availability and changes
We may improve, add, remove, limit, pause, or discontinue stories or features and release updates for security, compatibility, or functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
12. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” HalaMe Drama disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HalaMe Drama and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount paid during the six months before the claim or USD 25, unless law requires otherwise.
14. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify HalaMe Drama against third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use, your content, or your material breach of these terms. This does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and uninstall the app at any time. We may limit access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful conduct, material breach, provider failure, or legal requirements. Uninstalling does not delete gallery images or support emails.
16. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections. A dispute not resolved informally will be handled by a competent forum determined under applicable law. Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve it.
