This Privacy Policy applies to the HalaMe Drama mobile application, this official website, and related support communications (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated under the HalaMe Drama name. Contact us at [email protected].
2. Information handled by the app
The current release does not require an account and does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
- Reading activity and preferences: selected stories, story choices, progress, interests, reading mode, language, and notification preference.
- Result expansion: text you type when expanding a story result.
- Profile image: a photo you choose from your device for your local profile.
- Microphone input: temporary access when you start voice input.
- Visual Ending request: the preset story prompt, story context, and outcome created by your choices.
- Saved images: a generated ending is saved to your device only when you request it.
3. Information handled by the website
This website does not use registration, contact forms, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies in its current version. It stores only your language choice in browser local storage. A hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser type, and requested page for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
4. Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a related feature needs them, and can be changed in device settings.
- Microphone: used when you intentionally start voice input. The app does not store a raw recording.
- Photos and media: used to select a local profile image or save a Visual Ending.
- Notifications: used only if you enable story reminders.
5. Speech recognition
Voice input uses the speech-recognition service available on your device. Audio may be processed by the operating system or its configured speech provider under that provider’s terms. HalaMe Drama receives recognized text for the on-screen expansion and does not send raw audio to the Visual Ending service.
6. Visual Ending and AI image processing
If you choose Visual Ending, HalaMe Drama sends a preset prompt for the story together with its outcome or path context to an external image-generation provider, currently APIMART. The request does not include your raw microphone audio, profile photo, or free-form expansion text in the current release.
7. How information is used
- Provide reading, choices, progress, language, voice input, and image-saving features.
- Generate a Visual Ending when requested.
- Remember local preferences and maintain continuity.
- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
- Protect the Services, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
8. Sharing
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. Information is shared only as needed with device or operating-system providers, APIMART or configured image infrastructure, hosting and distribution providers, or authorities where required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
9. Retention and deletion
Local reading progress, settings, profile image reference, and expanded story text remain on your device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Gallery images remain until you delete them. Support emails are kept only as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. External providers may retain technical or request data under their own policies.

10. International processing
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual, organizational, or other safeguards are used, subject to applicable law.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No transmission, storage system, or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. Your choices and rights
You can decline optional permissions, change preferences, disable notifications, avoid Visual Ending, or remove local data. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain information, and to complain to a data-protection authority.
13. Age eligibility
HalaMe Drama is intended for adults. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
